A new neighbor has moved into the building. She is so lovely and it seems that she is very loud as well as her next door neighbor has to confront her and ask her to not be so loud. She lets him know that although she is still in college she works from home to try to make something on the side to pay for tuition. She has clients coming in to see her at all hours and she lets him know that she is a masseuse. Her name is Vicky and she has great hands and guarantees that all her customers leave feeling refreshed and wonderful.
