Barby Luna is visiting her best friend Penelope Garcia whose step-brother, Franco, is very nosey. As the girls are playing around with make-up, Franco opens the door and asks them if everything is okay. Penelope orders Franco to leave and close the door right away! As Franco leave in sadness, Barby comes up with an idea: to invite him in, dress him up as a girl and tie him up. In other words: to sissify him! Penelope love the idea to humiliate her step-brother so she calls for him to come back. Franco is invited into the girls room only if he agrees to play by their rules, and so the Latino is made to wear a pink dress, high heels and get make-up put on his face by his stepsister and her best friend! Once the sissification is complete, the cooperative girls are using his and Penelope's stepmom's rope to bind him and her ball gag to silence him.
